The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for CAL SIERRA PIPE LLC as of December 30, 2024. <br /> <br />Open violations from July 29, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #12 - 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response (ER) procedures were not available on request and the most up-to-date version <br />of the plan was last uploaded to CERS on 1/27/21. <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> <br /> This violation was corrected <br /> Supporting documents included <br /> This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1
