I have reviewed all the attachments, but it looks like there are still a few
minor changes that need to be made to close out this inspection completely. For now, I can close out violation #5. Please
make the following changes to close out the remaining HMBP items:
• #10: Waste oil and waste antifreeze should be reported separately from new oil and new antifreeze on the CERS
Hazardous Materials Inventory
• #11: Please either add the gas cylinders that were observed during the inspection along the east interior wall of
the trailer shop to the site map OR send a picture that shows they have been relocated and are no longer stored
in that location
• #12: Please complete Section F of the Consolidated Emergency Response/Contingency Plan and resubmit
I'm still working on reviewing the APSA RTC documents. Let me Know if you have any questions about this one.
Best,
Lynsey Sammons
Environmental Health Specialist
Cell: (209) 616-3067
Office: (209) 468-3420
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
