Approx. 120 -gallons waste antifreeze <br />4.400 -gallon waste oil <br />-Chemical inventory missing 55 -gallon drum waste fuel and 55 -gallon drum waste diesel/DEF observed along north wall <br />of property. <br />-Observed at least six 55 -gallon drums of oil in trailer shop. Facility chemical inventory lists 125 -gallons of motor <br />oil/gear oil in the trailer shop. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan, <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />httpl/cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete/inaccurate, <br />Missing elements include: <br />-Gas cylinder storage area along the east interior wall of the trailer shop <br />-Fuel dispensers <br />-Eye wash station and fire extinguisher located at the dispenser emergency shut- off <br />Inaccurate element: <br />-Gas cylinders (N2, oxygen, argon) are pictured on the north west side of the trailer shop.
