Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 12, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 3736 S HWY 99 , Stockton <br /> Facility Name: <br /> California Materials, INC <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Note: Chemical quantities reported to CERS are outdated. The change in quantity is <100% for multiple <br />chemicals and not considered a violation. Quantities should be updated for emergency response personnel in <br />case of an emergency. <br />Note: Acetylene and oxygen were observed stored together at the time of inspection. Acetylene and oxygen <br />should be stored a minimum of 25 feet apart. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by July 25, 2024. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate <br />($162).
