For the used oil, I believe I see the issue. It looks like you've <br />indicated that the material you're reporting (used oil) is an EHS or Extremely Hazardous Substance. However, used oil is <br />not considered EHS. If you scroll up a little higher on the page, under the heading Chemical Hazard Classification, you <br />should be able to switch the EHS question to "No" (see screenshot below). That should get rid of this message.
