All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br />harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br />notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made <br />available for a minimum of three years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 14 <br />SJC Ordinance Code 4432 1015 - Administration/Documentation - General Local Ordinance. <br />OBSERVATION: Facility failed to pay annual operating fees for the year 2023/2024. <br />ORDINANCE: Fees shall be paid once a year at the time of submittal of an inventory form. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately pay the annual fee to the EHD Accounting Office located at 1868 E Hazelton <br />Avenue, Stockton, CA 95205.
