No exposed waste was <br />observed in the hole. <br />1. The operator shall implement a preventative maintenance program to monitor and promptly repair or correct <br />deteriorated or defective conditions. <br />2. Fill in the hole with clean soil. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Routine quarterly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. There were no issues with site security. <br />2. No ponding was observed on site. <br />3. There are two vehicles, various objects, and brush material being stored on the old disposal area. Operator was <br />instructed to cease storing objects on the old disposal area unless it has been approved by the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department.
