Hewitt Road, Linden 95236 Ervin and Nancy Zador <br />Inspector Atso Present (Name) <br />Benjamin Escotto <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLCABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) ANO TITLE 16 ANO TITLE 2] CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X No Violations or Areas of Concern' <br />Routine quaterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Remodeling of the gun range is now complete. The EHD monitored the remodeling to ensure that <br />no soil disturbance occured. <br />2. No exposed waste or grading issues were observed. <br />3. The blocks of concrete material in the "pit" area located adjacently east to the existing gun range <br />were lined up in a organized fashion as instructed in the previous inspection report (12/9/11). <br />4. The EHD has determined that the blocks may be used to support the berms on site. The blocks <br />may not be used to line the dirt pathways in the area. Any material not used in supporting the <br />berms (wood material and rebar seen amongst the concrete material as well as unused concrete <br />material) must be disposed. <br />
