A makeshift repair using boards were put up to cover the gap. This area is <br />intended to be used as drainage. <br />1. The site shall be designed to discourage unauthorized access by persons and vehicles by using <br />a perimeter barrier. <br />2. Facility has submitted plans to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) that describe the construction of a concrete landing and culvert pipe to disperse the <br />water. <br />3. Facility has begun grading the area with clean, screened soil. When the grading process is <br />complete, the construction of the concrete landing and culvert pipe will begin. <br />Y <br />fns' <br />@af an. <br />*.. i <br />Routine quarterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The pile of brush material west of the main office was removed. <br />2. No signs of ruts, erosion, or exposed waste was observed in the area in front of the gun <br />ranges, where customers are allowed to park their vehicles. <br />3. Since the previous inspection (12/18/12), the facility has added sand to the southeast <br />corner of the property. Recreational items were observed in this area as well as <br />construction of a cinder block fire pit. No soil disturbance was observed. The EHD was <br />not notified of the changes. The facility operator was instructed to obtain approval from <br />the EHD prior to doing any type of construction on the site. <br />..� <br />
