A makeshift repair using boards were put up to cover the gap. This area is <br />intended to be used as drainage. <br />1. The site shall be designed to discourage unauthorized access by persons and vehicles by <br />using a perimeter barrier. <br />2. The facility has submitted plans to the EHD that desbribe the construction of a concrete <br />landing and culvert pipe to disperse the water. <br />3. Facility has begun grading the area with clean, screened soil. However since the previous <br />quarterly inspection (March 21, 2013), no further grading has been done. Grading must <br />resume and be close to completion (in order to construct the concrete landing and culvert <br />pipe), by the next quarterly inspection (September 2013), or a violation may be issued. <br />Ito ec#Ion <br />Ftepo>t <br />:. No signs of ruts, erosion, or exposed waste was observed in the area in front of the gun <br />ranges, where customers are allowed to park their vehicles. <br />2. No issues with ponding, erosion, or exposed waste observed on site. <br />3. No rabbit/squirrel holes observed on site. <br />4. There has been no further changes to the southwest corner of the property. The facility <br />operator was reminded that prior approval from the EHD is required before doing any type <br />of construction on site. <br />
