There was dirt with litter <br />surrounding the holes. The facility stated that they will use their contracted pest control company. <br />1. The operator shall implement a preventative maintenance program to monitor and promptly <br />repair or correct deteriorated or defective conditions. <br />2. Remove and dispose of the contaminated soil. Fill in the holes with clean soil. <br />P. Contact and use the pest control company to control the gophers. <br />x <br />20530 -Site Security <br />Comments: The gun ranges south fence has a gap, approximately 2 feet wide, between the ground and the <br />bottom of the fence. This area is intended to be used as drainage. <br />1. The site shall be designed to discourage unauthorized access by persons and vehicles by using <br />a perimeter barrier. <br />2. The facility has completed the grading process using clean, screened soil. The next step is to <br />construct the concrete landing with culvert pipe to disperse the water. <br />3. No signs of ruts, erosion, or exposed waste was observed in the area in front of the gun <br />ranges, where customers are allowed to park their vehicles. <br />2. No issues with ponding observed on site. <br />P. There have been no further changes to the southeast corner of the property. <br />
