This area is intended to be used as drainage.
1. The site shall be designed to discourage unauthorized access by persons and vehicles by using
a perimeter barrier.
2. The facility had intended to install a concrete landing with culvert pipe to disperse the rain
water into a ditch. However the ditch was filled in with soil by the neighbor who owns the
property with the ditch.
3. Facility will now further grade the area where the landing and pipe would have been placed to
allow the rain water to disperse off the property.
4. Facility must also fence off the 2 foot wide gap between the bottom of the existing fence
and the ground.
Routine quarterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
1. Previous area of concern regarding gopher holes with exposed waste has been corrected.
The holes have been filled in with clean soil and the waste has been disposed. The
facility is in the process of controlling the gophers.
2. No issues with ponding observed on site.
3. There have been no further changes to the southeast corner of the property.
4. No signs of ruts, erosion, or exposed waste anywhere on site.
