Hewitt Road, Linden 95236 <br />Benjamin Escotto (Christine Zador <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />V i['� e�f�"as wi_,_ <br />Routine quarterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Area of concern regarding site security has been corrected. The facility has completed <br />the grading process and fenced off the 2 foot wide gap between the bottom of the fence <br />and the ground. <br />2. The facility has also implemented a culvert pipe and will eventually install a concrete <br />landing that will be used as a retention basin that will filter the water through the <br />culvert pipe and off the property. <br />3. No issues with ponding observed on site. <br />4. No signs of ruts, erosion, gopher holes, or exposed waste anywhere on site. <br />5. There have been no further changes to the southeast corner of the property. <br />
