REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials business plan shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement ensuring all future submittals will be made on time. To make submittals: log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and enter the correct or any updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
