The last submittal was made on 10/02/2023. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Log into CERS, review the business plan, make changes as needed, and submit the <br />business plan. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide training records at the time of the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency.
