While 220 <br />gallons were seen to be on-site, only 55 gallons were reported. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> <br />a) A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br />b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br />c) A change of business or facility address <br />d) Change business ownership <br />e) Change of business name <br /> f)(1) A substantial change in the handler 's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business <br />plan. <br />(2) For the purpose of this subdivision, “substantial change” means any change in a facility that would inhibit <br />immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could <br />inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility, or impede <br />implementation of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 5 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: About 100 gallons of gasoline in a yellow steel above ground tank, seven 318 cubic foot cylinders of <br />NOS (Argon/Nitrogen mixture), one ~500 gallon tank of propane, and about 220 gallons of SAE 40W oil were <br />observed, but not reported as part of the Hazardous Materials Inventory. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br /> 10 <br />FA0010222 PR0520155 SC001 08/05/2024 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 2 of 4 <br />1868 E.
