The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for COLLEGEVILLE MARKET & CAFE as of December 30, 2024. <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Open violations from July 17, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #14 - 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records for a <br />minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Training records were not kept for the required three years . No records were available at the time of <br />inspection. <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: <br /> <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br />agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. This training shall be <br />documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. <br /> <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br /> <br /> This violation was corrected <br /> Supporting documents included <br /> This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> <br /> <br />
