The 2024 and 2023 annual submittals were made <br />late, 3/25/24 and 10/04/23. No submittal was made for 2022. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.1(a)-(f) 1010006 - Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br />address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, a stationary CO2 tank with a 400 pound capacity (~3,480 cubic ft.) was <br />observed, but was not reported.
