Please review the documentation at your earliest convenience. Violation #10 has been <br />acknowledged as corrected in your email dated 6/24/24. Training Records are attached. We believe that our <br />organization is back to fully compliant with regard to those issues. <br /> <br />With regard to violations 15, 30, and 57: The tank inspection records are voluminous.
