The business plan was submitted late in 2023 <br />(01/25/2023). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violations during the <br />inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 06/16/2024. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
