The original PA-1800064 was submitted proposing 7 parcels within the <br /> original 14.5+/- acre parcel. The property owner and developer went away from this <br /> application. The project shifted from a major subdivision of 7 parcels to a minor <br /> subdivision of 4 parcels and a designated remainder. <br /> As part of this new application for PA-2300180 the parcel sizes would remain a <br /> minimum of 2 acres, with less parcels. There would be no impact to the previously <br /> presented and approved Surface and Subsurface Report with the proposed new <br /> configuration. There are no changes to what was previously submitted that would affect <br /> any of the items on the Surface and Subsurface Report Checklist. <br /> Attached with this letter are the updated results of the ag commissioner permits <br /> report, UST and LUST results.
