NOTES: <br />1. The violation for 14 CCR 17867(a)(3) Vectors/Litter/Hazard/Nuisance/Noise/Dust has been <br />correct. The fly population on site was light and additional fly bait stations were observed. The <br />complaint received on August 5, 2025 will be abated. <br />2. The garbage pile on site contained over 50% green waste. Operator is to decrease the <br />amount of green waste in the garbage pile. <br />3. The padding under the incoming green waste area, ground green waste area and in <br />between some of the windrows are thick (approximately 1 to 2 feet of material). Operator is to <br />decrease the amount of material under and between the areas mentioned. <br />4. Track out was light. <br />5. Records received by email. <br />6. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. Litter on site was moderate. Operator is <br />to pick up litter and dispose of appropriately. <br />7. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br />- Raw green waste was 98°F <br />- Ground green waste was 138°F <br />- Windrows ranged from 152°F to 174°F <br />- Finished compost was 150°F <br />- Finished product ranged from 142°F to 150°F <br />- Biosoil was 125°F <br />- Overs were 102°F <br />8.
