All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br />harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br />notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made <br />available for a minimum of three years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 14 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was one violation observed during <br />the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 7/17/2024. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name <br />of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help <br />will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($162).
