The following required elements are missing: <br />-locations of all emergency response equipment (spill kits, fire extinguishers, and eyewash/shower stations) <br />-all access and exit points (structures & gates) <br />-locations of all hazardous materials reported in the inventory <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
