The annual submittal for 2024 was made on <br />3/21/2024 and the submittal for 2023 was made on 2/15/2023. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The 2024 submittal has been made and therefore the violation has been corrected. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. The ER proceduers were found <br />to be missing required information. Please ensure that the UPA phone number and the name and phone number of the <br />nearest medical facility/hospital is included in the emergency response/contingency plan.
