The <br />following items need to be addressed: <br />-business activities need to be updated to reflect that the facility no longer stores regulated substances on site <br />-owner/operator identification needs to have the primary/secondary emergency contacts and environmental contacts <br />updated <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: The hazardous materials inventory is inaccurate. Only Nitrogen gas, some mixed nitrogen/oxygen <br />cylinders, and compressor oil were observed on site during the inspection. Per Noble Batson, they do not anticipate <br />storing any other materials moving forward. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, update the hazardous material inventory as needed, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is inaccurate. The following items need to be addressed: <br />-remove all hazardous materials from the site map that are no longer stored at the facility <br />-show locations of all compressed gas cylinders (connex & gas cage) if not removed <br />-show locations of all compressor oil drums (connex & liquid plant area) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />FA0024453 PR0542529 SC001 04/29/2024 <br />EHD 19-01 Rev. 12/06/2021 Hazardous Materials Program OIRPage 2 of 5 <br />1868 E.
