Ensure annual business plans are submitted on time by January 15 (as <br />early as November 1). <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. The emergency coordinator <br />listed in the Consolidated Emergency Response Contingency Plan was Ramos Environmental. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - immediate notification of <br />local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) - procedures for the mitigation of a <br />release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment - <br />evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site.
