The operator should implement a preventative maintenance program to monitor and repair these conditions. <br /> b. Periodically check the site for burrows. Fill in the burrows with clean soil. <br /> c. Implement a control program. <br /> x 21190 - Postclosure Land Use <br /> Comments: There are various objects, treated wood and brush material stored on the old disposal area. <br /> Owner/operator should cease storing objects on the old disposal area. Operator stated during the 8/19/19 <br /> inspection that the disposal area will be cleaned by the next inspection, but it was not cleaned. Storing objects in <br /> the old disposal area is an ongoing problem. Continuation of violation. <br /> Ia. Ensure that the Post Closure Land Use meets the requirements of Title 27, Section 21190. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> 1. Bullet shells were observed on top of a pile of dirt that is located behind the berm and a dead bird was observed near <br /> the southern fence. <br /> 2. Exposed glass was noticed throughout the site. Cover the exposed glass with clean soil. <br /> 3. Burn activity was noted at the entrance of the old dump site. Refrain from burn activity at the site. <br /> 4. Slight ponding was noticed. <br /> 5. Owner/Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum to prevent the surface fire from taking place which <br /> could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System(SWIS) 1 of 1 <br />
