If at some future date, GRANTEE is required by the <br /> r County to relocate or expand for any reason its said system to <br /> another part of the easement area, GRANTEE shall have the right <br /> to remove any of GRANTOR'S fruit trees within the easement area <br /> required for said system and shall not be required to compensate <br /> GRANTOR for the loss of any such fruit trees due to their <br /> removal. <br /> 8. All notices given under this agreemept shall be in <br /> writing and shall be forwarded by depositingi such notice in the <br /> United States first class mail, postage prepared. Notices .to <br /> GRANTEE shall be sent to 515 South f lower Street, Los Angeles, <br /> California 90071. Notices to GRANTOR shall be sent to 5463 <br /> Cherokee Road, Stockton, California 95205. The day upon which <br /> notice is so mailed shall be treated as the date of service. <br /> 9. GRANTEE hereby releases, relinquishes and discharges <br /> and agrees to indemnify, protect and save harmless, GRANTOR, its <br /> successors and assigns of and from any and all claims, demands, <br /> liabilities and costs, for any loss, damage or injury to, includ- <br /> ing the- death of, persons (whether they be third persons or <br /> employees of either of the parties) or casualty to property <br /> (whether it be that of either of the parties hereto or of third <br /> persons) caused by, growing out of or happening in connection <br /> with GRANTEE'S exercise of its right and privilege herein con- <br /> ferred or the use and occupancy of the Easement Area. <br /> 10.
