'd 7. If at some future date, GRANTEE is required by the r County to relocate or expand for any reason its said system to another part of the easement area, GRANTEE shall have the right to remove any of GRANTOR'S fruit trees within the easement area required for said system and shall not be required to compensate GRANTOR for the loss of any such fruit trees due to their removal. 8. All notices given under this agreemept shall be in writing and shall be forwarded by depositingi such notice in the United States first class mail, postage prepared. Notices .to GRANTEE shall be sent to 515 South f lower Street, Los Angeles, California 90071. Notices to GRANTOR shall be sent to 5463 Cherokee Road, Stockton, California 95205. The day upon which notice is so mailed shall be treated as the date of service. 9. GRANTEE hereby releases, relinquishes and discharges and agrees to indemnify, protect and save harmless, GRANTOR, its successors and assigns of and from any and all claims, demands, liabilities and costs, for any loss, damage or injury to, includ- ing the- death of, persons (whether they be third persons or employees of either of the parties) or casualty to property (whether it be that of either of the parties hereto or of third persons) caused by, growing out of or happening in connection with GRANTEE'S exercise of its right and privilege herein con- ferred or the use and occupancy of the Easement Area. 10. GRANTOR hereby releases, relinquishes and discharges and agrees to indemnify, protect and save harmless, GRANTEE, 'its successors and assigns of and from any and all claims, demands, liabilities and costs, for any loss, damage or injury to, includ- ing the death of, persons (whether they be third persons or employees of either of the parties) or casualty to property (whether it'be that of either of the parties hereto or of third persons) caused by, growing out of or happening in connection with GRANTOR'S exercise of its right and privilege herein con- ferred or the use and occupancy of the Easement Area. 11. All work to be performed by GRANTEE in connection with said system shall be done 'in a good, expeditious and workmanlike manner, in accordance with laws, rules and regulations applicable thereto. 12. The 'terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
