All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: Uneven surface and big cracks makes tripping hazard. Sooth uneven surfaces and fill-in big cracks <br />within two weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid is grater than 100 ppm. Maintain at 100 ppm or below. Ideal range is 30-50 ppm. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />#21 Water Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: Water level is high. Lower water level to the proper limit by today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The pool operator shall ensure that the pool water is maintained at a level that will allow continuous removal of <br />surface debris through the pool skimming system. (CCR 65533) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Skimmer assembly missing restrictive valve, float assembly, and large "0" ring. Provide within two <br />weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water.
