All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #4 Safety Equipment <br />OBSERVATIONS: The throw rope for the life ring is tangled. Untangle the rope today. <br />Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained, readily visible, and available for use. Pools shall have at <br />minimum one 12 foot fixed-length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17-inch life ring with an attached throw <br />rope. Throw rope shall be of sufficient length to span the maximum width of the pool and shall be stored to prevent kinking or fouling. <br />(CCR 65540) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The valve on the bottom of the float valve assembly is broken off . Replace by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
