All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid is greater than 100ppm. take steps to treat or drain pool to lower cyanuric acid levels. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanutic acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Weir and float valve assembly are lacking. Provide. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
