All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#16 Water Clarity MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Water greenish. Provide water clarity. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clear pool water while pool is in use or shall close the pool if the bottom of the <br />pool at the maximum depth is not clearly visible from the deck. (CCR 65527) <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: No name and address posted on emergency sign, and no spa capacity. Post. This is a repeat violation. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />#17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa dirty with vegetation on top and bottom of spa. Clean. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to <br />accumulate in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool <br />surfaces clean and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Skimmers dirty and full of debris. Maintain regular cleaning of skimmers. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
