What is the address for TYAP and what is the address for West High School? If they are located on the same campus or share an address, meals can be counted and claimed as one site. If they have different addresses or do not share any part of their campus, then you will need to add the TYAP site as a new site by following the attached instructions and then list each site independently on all CEP documentation. Hi Gina, We have 31 students that are currently enrolled at a CEP site that will be moved in the 24/25 school year. They are being moved to an address that we have not served meals from and the site will be called Tracy Young Adult Program (TYAP). TYAP will be located next door to West High School. Since West High School is a Central Kitchen they will be delivering the meals to TYAP daily. The plan is for the TYAP teacher to let West High know daily who is requesting a meal and they will send that many meals for the day. Since we are applying for all sites to be CEP next school year what is the best way to go about adding this new site?
