All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool enclosure entrance gate lacks a KEEP CLOSED sign . Post a KEEP CLOSED sign on the exterior <br />side of the pool enclosure entrance gate by 2 weeks. <br />The pool enclosure lacks the facility's address. Post a sign within the pool enclosure that states the facility's address (225 E <br />Eaton Ave). Correct by 2 weeks. Repeat violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The south skimmer lacks a weir door. Provide a properly installed weir door at the south skimmer by 2 <br />weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
