SECTION 1 <br /> PROCEDURES FOR DECONTAMINATING D DISINFECTING ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> SURFACES <br /> Describe how each workstation and procedure area will be decontaminated or disinfected: <br /> Practitioner will put on clean gloves and liberally spray all surface areas where procedure was <br /> performed. This includes work surface area and where customer was seated or laying down <br /> during procedure. Disinfectant will be allowed to remain on surface for full efficacy time of six <br /> minutes and then wiped down with disinfectant wipe. A second spraying will be performed <br /> and allowed to dry to ensure all areas have been disinfected. <br /> What EPA registered solutions will be used? Madacide FD <br /> What surfaces and objects will be disinfected? All work station counter tops, mayo stands, <br /> practitioner trays, arm rests, client tables, client chairs, and practitioner chairs. Tattoo <br /> machines and clipcords will also be disinfected at this time. <br /> How often will these surfaces and objects be disinfected? Also procedure surface areas are <br /> to be thoroughly disinfected after any procedure is performed. All procedure areas will be <br /> sprayed with disinfectant and left to dry prior to closing. <br /> Page 2 of 18 <br />
