This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As these manifests are no longer obtainable due to a legal disagreement between the hauler, <br />Heritage Crystal Clean, and Hydraulic Controls Inc., the violation is not considered resolvable, and therefore will be <br />considered corrected on-site. <br />This is Minor Violation. <br />21 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d) 3030010 -Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br />date. <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br />-One Black Sieel 55 -gallon Drum labeled as Oil Debris (Solid), Accumulation Start Date 3/3/23. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is Minor Violation. <br />60 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66273.35 3030011 - UWH accumulated universal waste for no longer than 1 year. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not demonstrate that universal waste has been stored on site for no longer than <br />one year.
