The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for NORCAL FUELS as of February 12, 2025. <br />Open violations from July 15, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #2 - 3020001 - Employees thoroughly familiar with all waste handling and emergency procedures. <br />OBSERVATION: At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (not necessarily documented) that <br />employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained. <br />-Owner stated that he was unaware of hazardous waste requirements including having emergency contact phone <br />numbers posted on site and not storing hazardous waste on site longer than 180 days <br />-Hazardous waste container was found open with mixed contents that did not match the label <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br />waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br />emergencies. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all applicable employees including the owner. Provide proof of training <br />within 30 days to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for employees whose <br />responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 1 of 1
