U.S. Paint Manager Sam Ly reported that Kelly Moore paint waste was left <br />on site by Kelly Moore, but has since been disposed of by U.S. Paints. Disposal records were observed while on <br />site for this closure inspection. No Kelly Moore waste remains on site. <br />This facility's hazardous waste permit will be inactivated with EHD. If you resume operations and begin generating <br />hazardous wastes, please contact our office to reactivate your permit and make a CERS submittal . <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
