The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for BOBS TOWING as of December 30, 2024. <br /> <br />Open violations from August 02, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #20 - 3030009 - <100 kg/mth generator disposed of waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br />date (90 days for AHW). <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste has been stored on-site for a period of time that exceeds the limit. Staff confirmed <br />that the hazardous waste has been on-site greater than 180 days. The waste is: <br /> <br />- Two blue steel 55 gallon drums of expired hydraulic oil, partially filled, with no labels. <br />- One black steel 55 gallon drum of used oil with an unreadable hazardous waste label. <br />- Three 5 gallon buckets of expired transmission fluid. <br />-One blue 5 gallon bucket of expired oil. <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34(d) and California Health & Safety <br />code 25123.3(c) and 25123.3(h)(1)(C). <br /> <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste in compliance with Title 22 California Code of <br />Regulations.
