All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Float valves and o-rings are lacking in all skimmers. Install all parts of the skimmers within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: The influent gauge was observed with water inside and non-operational. Repair/replace influent gauge so <br />that it is in good working order. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
