All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pH level of the pool is less than 7.0. Immediately adjust the pH of the pool to the range of 7.2 to 7.8 or <br />face closure. <br />Soda ash was added. Re-check at the end of the inspection: 7.2. <br />Maintain the pH level of the pool at the range of 7.2 to 7.8. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: The information on the emergency signage is faded. Write in the required information today . Corrected on <br />site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cyanuric acid level of the pool is greater than 100ppm. Take action to reduce the cya level of the pool to <br />100ppm or less. Correct by 1 month. <br />Repeat violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm.
