The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2024 Submittal- 12/28/23 <br />2023 Submittal- 01/09/23 <br />2022 Submittal- 02/21/22 (Late) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response (ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. The local UPA/CUPA number <br />was incorrect, as the Los Angeles FD Haz Mat was listed , not San Joaquin County.
