The site maps uploaded into CERS are missing: <br />- exit/entry points <br />- emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers, spill kits) <br />- emergency shut offs (per Section D of the Consolidated Emergency Response Contingency plan: water, gas and or <br />electric shut offs are applicable ) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maps showing water shut offs , exit/entry points and fire extinguishers in the Plant Operations <br />area were observed on site but need to be uploaded into CERS. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the <br />EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 1 violation(s) during the <br />inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 9/27/2024. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
