The latest <br />training record observed on site was 7/7/2023. <br />In addition, the CONSOLIDATED EMERGENCY RESPONSE / CONTINGENCY PLAN uploaded into CERS states <br />that HAZWOPER training is required. No HAZWOPER training records were observed on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br />harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br />notice, for the business site.
