The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2024 Submittal- 5/16/24 (Late) <br />2023 Submittal- 3/13/23 (Late) <br />2022 Submittal- 2/17/22 (Late) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete as it does not include a north facing arrow. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The site map is required to contain an indicator of north orientation, adjacent streets, <br />access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency <br />response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, <br />as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response (ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. The local UPA/CUPA number <br />was missing.
