All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool lacks any detectable chlorine (0.0ppm). Immediately provide chlorine in the range of 1.0 to <br />10.0ppm or face closure. <br />Unable to correct on site. Pool closed at 9:30a <br />A re-inspection is scheduled for Thursday , July 18 at 7:30a <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br />maintain the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br />cyanuric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to <br />10.0 ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pH of the pool is greater than 8.0. Immediately adjust the pH of the pool to the range of 7.2 to 7.8 or <br />face closure. <br />Unable to correct on site.
