The 2023 and 2022 annual submittals were made <br />late (1/21/23 and 5/16/22). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required.
