A full HMBP submittal was made during the <br />inspection. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the following chemicals were not complete. <br />- Antifreeze, Used Motor Oil and Used Ethylene Glycol has obsolete hazard categories <br />- Used Ethylene Glycol was missing largest container. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: This was corrected on site during the inspection. The inventory was updated in CERS during <br />the inspection. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
