The maximum <br />daily amount is reported as 14,500 pounds but the facility's Risk Management Plan reported only 10,232 pounds. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The map does not show the location of the diesel tank. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Training records were not available at the time of the inspection . <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency.
